What We Offer
Empowering your body and mind through mindful movement and holistic care.
I have wanted to try reformer Pilates for over a year now but felt slightly intimated that machines, coordination and I just don’t seem to get on!
Although I am physically active but mainly in the cardio department my overall strength is not brilliant.
Since starting Gemma’s classes I have fallen in love with this type of fitness! Gemma is thoughtful and intuitive to individuals needs and abilities and incredibly knowledgeable. Not to mention professional in a fun and relaxed way.
I can highly recommend her as a teacher and I now understand the demand for this excellent fitness class.

My back tightness eased after the first class! As a total beginner & someone who doesn’t do regular mat Pilates, this was so smooth and gentle on my joints. Gemma was calm, focussed and patiently guided us through a flow. That sometimes included giggles but it all felt part of the release. Afterwards, I felt totally energised. My body ached in just the right amount the next day. Converted Nera follower.

Was apprehensive about doing RP for first time, but really enjoyed it, great instruction and support.
