Surrounded by olive, almond and carob trees, Monte Sobradinho sits within 1.2 hectares of peaceful Portuguese countryside, with uninterrupted views stretching across the sun-soaked hills towards the ocean.
Lovingly restored over six years, Monte Sobradinho brings together the soul and character of traditional Algarve architecture with beautiful contemporary interiors and understated luxury.
Every space has been thoughtfully created to invite you to slow down, switch off and simply be.
Wake to the quiet of the Algarve countryside and open the doors to panoramic views across the hills. Begin your morning moving together, before sitting down to breakfast prepared by our private chef.
Spend the hours between classes stretched out beside the saltwater pool, reading beneath the olive trees, wandering through the gardens or finding a quiet corner entirely to yourself.
And as the light begins to soften, we'll come back together for beautiful food, conversation and evenings beneath the Portuguese sky.

Monte Sobradinho has been purposefully designed for wellness, with beautiful spaces that allow us to take our practice beyond the studio.
From Pilates surrounded by nature to slower restorative sessions as the sun begins to set, movement will weave naturally through your stay never something you have to do, but something that leaves you feeling stronger, lighter and more connected to yourself.

The Villa
Monte Sobradinho has everything we need to completely switch off.
Panoramic countryside and distant sea views, beautiful indoor-outdoor living spaces, a saltwater swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun-soaked terraces, landscaped gardens and a fire pit for evenings under the stars.
For movement and wellness, we’ll have access to a dedicated Reformer Pilates studio, indoor and outdoor movement spaces and a panoramic yoga deck, while spacious suites and private apartments offer beautifully considered interiors, with selected rooms featuring private patios, Jacuzzis and a Japanese soaking tub.
With air conditioning, Wi-Fi, housekeeping and plenty of peaceful corners to escape to, every detail has been considered to make our stay feel effortless, private and truly luxurious.

Your Retreat
Four days thoughtfully curated to balance movement, restoration, connection and plenty of time to simply enjoy your surroundings. Alongside the experiences below, expect little moments of mindfulness, wellness and NERA touches woven throughout your stay.
DAY ONE | Arrive & Exhale
Your retreat begins from the moment you arrive at Monte Sobradinho.
Settle in with a signature NERA welcome spritz and beautiful grazing table, meet the group and take time to explore your home for the next few days.
We’ll come together for our opening circle, followed by gentle movement, stretching and breathwork to help you unwind from your journey.
Your first evening ends around the table with a beautiful dinner prepared by our private chef, before a relaxed evening beneath the Algarve sky.
DAY TWO | Move & Restore
Wake slowly with an outdoor sunrise Mat Pilates flow, followed by a freshly prepared breakfast from our private chef.
Throughout the morning, everyone will enjoy an NERA Reformer Pilates session, with plenty of free time around your class to swim, read, journal or simply relax.
After a chef-prepared lunch, the afternoon is dedicated to wellness and restoration, including massage treatments and uninterrupted time to enjoy the villa.
After dinner, we’ll close the day together with a deeply restorative sunset sound therapy experience beneath the Portuguese sky.
DAY THREE | Create & Connect
Begin with an energising sunrise Pilates session, followed by breakfast and another morning of small-group Reformer Pilates, balanced with plenty of space to enjoy the pool and grounds.
After lunch, experience a little piece of Portugal with a traditional Azulejo tile-painting workshop, creating something personal to take home with you.
As golden hour arrives, we'll dress up and come together for poolside aperitivo, canapés and cocktails, followed by our special final celebration dinner, prepared by our private chef.
Think beautiful tablescapes, music, laughter and a final evening together under the stars.
DAY FOUR | Reset & Reflect
Our final morning begins gently with an optional sunrise NERA Morning Reset - a restorative blend of Pilates, mobility, stretching and breathwork.
We'll share one final chef-prepared breakfast before coming together for a meaningful closing moment, reflecting on the intentions we arrived with and everything we've experienced together.
Then it's time for final hugs and goodbyes, heading home feeling restored, connected and ready for your next era.

Places on our Algarve retreat are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate, personal and beautifully considered. Bookings are available on a first come, first served basis and your place is only secured once your 50% deposit has been received.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
To keep your travel plans completely flexible, you'll arrange your own:
Flights to and from Portugal • Airport transfers/taxis/Ubers • Travel insurance • Personal expenses • Any additional activities, food or drinks you choose to purchase outside of the retreat
Faro is the closest airport, with the villa approximately 25 minutes away by car. We'll provide full travel and arrival guidance ahead of your stay to make getting to us as straightforward as possible.
